Lewd Clicker v0.1.0

This version has a lot of behind the "hood" work done to it. which just means I've done a lot more work than you can see in the game.

New things, 
- Added Nude Meg to the player clickers.
- Added Nude Meg to the gallery.
- Added support for using arrow keys or A and D in the gallery for changing pictures. (If you would like more button options please tell me in the comments.)
- Added a new way to auto get money. (Trio partner)
- Added an upgrade to the new trio partner. (from 1.5-second payout to 1-second payout.)
- Added an upgrade to duo partner. (from 1.5-second payout to 1-second payout.)
- Added in-game pause menu, with quit game button.
- Added a lewd picture for Duo partner.
- Added a lewd picture for trio partner.

Changes,
- I've changed the resolution to 1080p.
- I've changed the game to fullscreen.
- I've rescaled everything to fit the new fullscreen better.
- I've changed duo partner from 1-second payout to 1.5-second payout.

Fixes,
- A possible fix for the money script bug not setting it in the right place.
- Fixed a bug with the money update script which makes the money placement script look wrong.
